To return a Lamb & Lu product, email firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing instructions. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We understand the worries you might have about ordering your jewelry online. We know it's much easier to make the decision when the jewelry is in your hands, and you can touch, feel, and wear it. That's why we want you to feel as comfortable shopping with us as possible! All our purchases are available for full refund if you change your mind, or exchange if the size isn't quite right!
Our policy lasts 30 days. In the event that 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
For online orders: Orders are currently available only to GCC residents. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange within thirty days after purchase.
For pop-up spaces and events: Articles are accepted for return or exchange throughout
the duration of the event or pop up. After the temporary location is no longer
available, returns or exchange can no longer be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased in, and in its original packaging.
Any sales pieces are final sale and cannot be accepted for credit or exchange.
For damages and defective pieces: We make the effort to house high quality, delicate but durable jewelry. However, in the event that the jewelry is found damaged within 30 days of your purchase, the piece will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
